The Crooked Man is a freeware horror adventure game by Uri made in WOLF RPG Editor. The quality of this game can be easily found in Steam, but the author has decided to give his work for free and try to build and audience. Japanese-style horror games are popular nowadays, and there's a reason for that: they work. The simple graphics and sounds create a sense of horror that a 3D game will find hard to achieve. The pixel art graphics are the favorite medium for indie developers to express their ideas, and in The Crooked Man they do exactly that; you can see the little characters become alive in this incredible display of horror narrative.
